I'm Sherilyn Long!
I am a Master Herbalist, Life Coach, and Massage Therapist, located in Hayden in beautiful North Idaho! I offer herbal therapeutic massage, and herbal consulting and hypnotherapy/coaching services for chronic inflammation and autoimmune conditions.
Whether you are low on energy, dealing with chronic pain and inflammation, have a “sensitive system,” or feel like your body has turned against you, I am here to make your journey a little easier and support you on your road to healing. And, for the woman with BII (breast implant illness) considering explant, I am here to help you in your pre- and post-surgery recovery and healing as well. I help my clients have more energy, feel less miserable, and reduce their pain and anxiety. I am a trauma informed practitioner who knows how the body, mind, emotions and spirit are intertwined. Healing and natural health is my passion. I am an incurable optimist, and I am passionate about giving YOU the support YOU need in your healing journey.

A Listening Ear
Before each session I will check in with you to track your health journey so we can adjust your sessions accordingly. I take thorough notes of your health journey and your massage preferences, including your love of a hot towel neck stretch, your face cradle position, areas of sensitivity and your favorite essential oils.

This is a gratuity free business and I do not charge extra for add-ons like herbal compresses and oils, hydrotherapy, essential oils, MediCupping, body contouring, deeper pressure, or new modalities. Your session is designed specifically to you. For those with inflammation or sensitive systems, you need someone who is sensitive to where you are at each day. At your first appointment, we'll conduct a thorough intake and come up with a treatment plan. Each session is like a puzzle, working toward your health goals. If you had a bad week, that will change the session. You are unique. No cookie cutter service here!

Did you know that our bodies hold onto old stress, traumas, and memories which then leads to physical aches and pains? You will always be supported and respected for the beautiful human you are. You can talk about whatever is on your mind, I can give educational info, we can chit chat, or you can snooze peacefully during your session. It's entirely up to you. I'll gladly follow your lead.
