Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. A brief introduction about me. I am a Master Herbalist, Licensed Massage Therapist, Life Coach, and the owner of Idaho Therapeutic Massage. As a person who has overcome autoimmune, chronic inflammation, brain fog, and neurotoxicity leading to restricted mobility, I understand what it’s like to be sick and tired of being sick and tired. I also understand what it is like to regain my energy, brain function and mobility. There is always hope!

Many people with autoimmune conditions have experienced physical or emotional traumas and losses that proceeded their first symptoms. My journey began as a child living in the Philippines as a missionary kid. It was a life of adventure but there were traumas, losses and challenges too. Living in the Philippines, I experienced military coops, volcanic eruptions, massive earthquakes that sunk buildings and the loss of all of my parents and grandparents by the time I was 25. This was the year that my energy crashed. I was halfway through studying Marriage and Family Therapy, when all my plans came to a halt. I had chronic fatigue, brain fog, psoriasis, and I could not make a fist with my right hand! So, I quit school, found a homeopath and naturopathic doctor, got rid of toxic teeth, cleaned up my diet, detoxified, took care of my emotional and mental health, and found a really good massage therapist who supported me in my journey. As I healed, I began studying herbalism and massage. I was fascinated how the plants that surround us every day have healing properties that are just what we need to thrive in our world!

I want others to experience physical, mental and emotional freedom too! And I am delighted to teach others about the medicinal plants around them. Today I am humbled and excited because when I could not even make a fist with my hand, I now use my hands every day to offer healing support!  God gave me my life back. I have energy. I have hope. I KNOW healing and health are possible! Sometimes I think the best thing I offer to my clients is my hopelessly hopeful attitude combined with targeted herbal and medical massage.
